This AI Policy explains how Tealdroid AI uses artificial intelligence responsibly, ethically, and securely within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.

All AI actions in Tealdroid AI are user-initiated and user-controlled. AI assists with recommendations and generation, but users always decide whether to apply or publish results.

Every AI-driven feature is clearly labeled (e.g., 'Summarize with AI', 'Translate with AI'). Users are informed whenever AI is active, and outputs include visible attribution such as 'Generated using Azure OpenAI'.

Tealdroid AI uses Microsoft-hosted Azure OpenAI models with built-in moderation and fairness controls. We conduct periodic internal reviews to minimize bias, distortion, or misrepresentation in generated results.

No document text or personal data is stored outside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Only metadata (such as tenant ID and feature usage logs) is temporarily processed within Azure for license validation and troubleshooting.

Tealdroid AI aligns with Microsoft’s Responsible AI Standard. We prohibit the use of our services for harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive purposes. All AI outputs are intended to assist—not replace—human judgment.
